Very roomy. Enough space to get away from the group if wanted. Road was a bit tricky in a car, minivan, and SUV were fine. Very close to the marina.

We had a family of 11 and everyone was accommodated comfortably. When issues arise they were addressed immediately. The drive down the mountain was a little scary but once we arrived was worth it. We saw beautiful waterfalls at a nearby park. And had a great time reconnecting with family. We would definitely recommend this beautiful well kept home. Thanks again.

Beautiful and secluded. Bring your bug spray for sitting on the deck, lots of mosquitoes. Highly suggest especially for the value

We booked this for a last minute stay. Decent location and very close to Hurricane Marina. Lake is gorgeous! House is comfortable enough for the six of us. I would only recommend this house for anyone over age 12.

The stay was very relaxing and quiet! Pretty secluded except for the neighbors but never saw them! Lots of space to enjoy throughout home! The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom would not hold water the drain stopper wasn’t working properly. And there was some water damage on ceilings and staring to mold. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils! T also has a newly built huge deck out back to sit out on and view the lake!! I would definitely go back and would recommend this for a great stay!!

With family scattered all over it is hard to celebrate the holidays. This year we decided to gather at Lake Center Hill and celebrate Thanksgiving in June. My family and aunt stayed at the property and the rest converged to spend a day celebrating family with a feast. The house was perfect, we had plenty of room to host Thanksgiving for 13 and spend the day together. The views were amazing and there was plenty of private sitting areas scattered If you needed a little peace. The deck was beautiful, though a few in the group couldn’t manage all the stairs. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable home away from home.

This was a family vacation to view the eclipse and the rental property suited our family. Wifi did not work for 3 days and we had an odor issue which was promptly addressed but will need more attention. I had been told that we could access the lake but this was not remotely possibly. I had told them we had a 3 & 7 year old and this location was not suitable for outdoor activities for them due to steep cliff. We had a large van and others should be advised of deep ruts and narrow parking for larger vehicles. Cars would be ok. We enjoyed our stay as we were close to a park where we could swim and the house was a great layout for us. We know what to ask when renting properties in the future. Staff were great.We just didn't know what to ask about all aspects. I would recommend this property to adults with older children.

When we drove up, first impression was that it was very private and secluded. When we walked in, first impression was very good. The house was very clean and was well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. The view of the lake was a little obstructed by the trees, but trees are all that's between you and the lake. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay.

Our group of friends really enjoyed our weekend get away at Blackberry Hill. We were the first renters of the season in this house and we had a few minor bumps that probably wouldn't have happened had we come later in the season. We did not have hot water the first night but thankfully one of our friends figured out the hot water heater wasn't on and was able to turn it on. We had hot water in the morning. Also our group noticed some poison ivy around the fire pit, we made sure to wear socks and long pants when we used the fire pit. The Direct TV did not work but we really didn't need the TV. The house was really nice and clean, it had plenty of room for our whole group. We had a great time and really enjoyed our weekend away.

beautiful house, great location and great views! TIP- do not rely on GPS to get you to the house. The email the mgmt company sends is exact and you MUST use the detailed directions they send you to find the place. We would go again. We loved the house! It would be great to had better access to the lake, but it was just a short drive to the Marina. I think there could have been more silverware, as we kept running out and there were only 7 of us, and the house advertised an occupancy of 10. All in was a great stay. We're thinking of making this an annual get together.

It was great but it needs more parking space
Great place to stay. Definitely follow instructions to get there and not GPS. We had plenty of room for all 7 of us. We had to buy sheets for the pull out bed and lighter to start grill (the self igniter on grill is broken). The only thing I would add would be a smart tv for downstairs. We would come back and rent again. Beautiful house! Nice lake view through the trees and so relaxing! Thank you
