My wife and I have a habit of celebrating our wedding anniversary by traveling to some remote location to rest and "disconnect" from urban life for a few days. Our latest such destination was the Tree House near Center Hill Lake. We really loved it. It was a nice, well-appointed cabin, large enough for 8, but great for a couple, perched on a hillside, in a secluded spot in a wooded area where you can enjoy nature and privacy away from urban lights and sounds. A screened area of the porch allowed us to sit outside in the evenings without having to use mosquito repellents, which was great! Other nice cabin features included a grill and a hot tub. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind if you'd like to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life for a while.

Friends from college met at the treehouse in Smithville for the weekend. It was the perfect getaway to stay inside all weekend. All the accommodations were perfectly suited for us. Loved the hot tub!

Easily fit my family of 5. It’s a tree house so you’re bound to see some critters. It’s located under 2 hrs from Nashville and about 1.5 hrs from Chattanooga so if you wanted to stay in between to visit both, it works out. Overall it was a nice experience.

After a failed attempt at Bonnaroo, we had to leave the festival and scramble to find a home for the weekend. I messaged Holly and within minutes we were booked and she even accommodated us for early check-in. The home is completely secluded and so cozy, comfortable beds and lazy boys. We spent 90% of our time on he screen-in porch playing games. The hot tub was so relaxing after a hectic few days. And we drove up the road 10 mins for a fun day in the sun on the lake at the local campgrounds. 10/10 would recommend and revisit!

Everything was so clean and organized. They were boardgames and cozy fire, and my girlfriends and I sat around and had a great time together. We got to explore the area, which was also nice. It is so close to the marina and it was fun to see the water as we were driving! I wish we had been able to see the water a little bit better, but this was an awesome place for us to hang and recharge! There are plenty of places to be near the water nearby, including Rock Island, where we hiked. Thank you so much for hosting us - we had a great stay!!

This cottage nestled in the trees is an absolute dream! 6 of us spent the weekend celebrating my birthday, and it was almost like a Hallmark movie.
From the a-frame windows providing an incredible view of the autumn colors, to the fireplace, the super comfortable recliners in the front room, and the screened in porch for morning coffee - we didn't want to leave.
If you're looking for a cozy cabin with a view, this is it! It had everything we needed, and fit 6 adults very comfortably. We especially liked that the hot tub is screened in and inset into its deck.
I'd give 10 out of 10 stars if I could, hope to be back again soon!

The cabin is adorable. Everything is set up for ease of use. The hot tub was new and clean. Nearby trails (approx 20 min) with large waterfalls. We had coffee on the screened in deck every morning - literally felt like we were in the tree. Great stay

We enjoyed our time with family celebrating a birthday. The inside of the rental was nice and well equipped. However the first night the power went off 4 times. Kinda scary when you are in a hot tub too.
Also from the picture in advertisement the fire pit looked like in a bigger area. It is actually beside the road and near a drop off down the hillside. This was very nerve racking with children.

We went down for our elopement and the house was amazing it had everything we needed. It was very quiet an secluded to the point we had to call and get help with finding it. No landmark out real way to know you're there. Needed bigger trash cans but we are excited to go back an will rent again. It got my children off their phones almost the whole weekend

We had such a wonderful time at the cabin. Everything was there that we needed. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was even though it was close to the highway. We have had some really busy weeks lately and we really needed this time away. I feel like the cabin was the perfect place to rest and relax.

We have been coming to Tree House for a while now. First of all let me say I was happy to see a hot tub that is surrounded by a screened in room. Such a wonderful way to enjoy our nights. They have also screened in some of the back deck. Oh and the new shower downstairs! Very well done! Also so clean and always has everything we need! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay for two families of 4. Really no issues at all. Hot tub was awesome, screened in porch kept the bugs away. Beds were comfortable and had a good lake feel which is what I like when I leave the city. If you tow a boat up just take a trailer lock and park it at Sligo. We backed it down and parked in front of the house the first night but didn't do that again, just left at the marina for the other two nights. If the owner ever sells I would be very interested in this property. We are looking for a place to purchase close to Sligo currently.
