This level houses three inviting bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:
Primary Bedroom: Boasts a private lake view, a screened-in porch, hardwood floors, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities.
Second Bedroom: Features hardwood flooring, a king bed, window seating, two closets, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities.
Third Bedroom: Includes a modern daybed (twin over trundle), beautiful hardwood flooring, and its own en-suite bathroom.
Gourmet Kitchen
The newly decorated custom kitchen on the main floor is a chef's dream, equipped with double ovens, a gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, and an island. It seamlessly flows into the dining room, which comfortably seats 8-10 people.

The owners have completed a full renovation on the lower level to perfectly accommodate families and groups. The professional redesign includes:

Extraordinary home, picturesque panoramic views of Center Hill lake, Hurricane Marina, and the Hurricane bridge. What a special place to relax and take a break, or a short drive to hikes, marina, and boat launch. Wonderful fireplace, large kitchen with great amenities, clean and spacious bedrooms. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This must be the best View in Tennessee. The house had everything you could possibly need. The whole family had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable. There are several outside areas to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. I will be telling all my friends to stay here.

Home was clean and well stocked with most necessities, however the kitchen was lacking a bit for feeding big families (utensils, cookware). We were able to get missing supplies from the Dollar General a few minutes away though We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

We enjoy the beautiful lake house. It was very comfortable and the view overlooking the lake was outstanding. It was very clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the large deck and the fireplace on the cool nights. We enjoyed getting Carry Out from the Rose Garden restaurant nearby and the Lipstick Pig Barbecue restaurant in Smithville. They have excellent ribs and sweet sauce!

We were looking for a place to stay for some peace and quiet…. This was it!! I can not say enough nice things! The view - I have never seen a view this perfect not even in Gatlinburg. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so quiet with friendly neighbors. We will definitely stay here again!

We spent Labor Day as this amazing home on the bluff overlooking hurricane bridge and marina. It was an amazing way to wake up each day and end each night. Literally the best view we have seen on Center Hill lake.

The panoramic view is spectacular, the house very spacious and comfortable and everything you need is provided. Easy access from highway 56, boat launch available a short distance near hurricane bridge. Quiet neighborhood, lots of places to relax on the deck including a screened in porch. This is the 9th year our family has come from Arizona, California, Louisiana, Florida and Tennessee to get together and everyone loved it. Thank you Center Hill Chalets and "Here Comes the Sun" for a wonderful relaxing time.
