We had a family Christmas trip and Holly had the place decorated for Xmas to make it feel special. It's a perfect spot for a family retreat. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had enough space to get several dishes prepared at once. Would recommend it for any families / medium-sized groups as a great spot to stay!

we selected this house for our fishing trip on the Caney. the house was plenty big for 8 men. beds were comfortable. kitchen looked remodeled and had all we needed. the driveway accommodated 4 boats and trailers plus two vehicles. none were on the grass. close to Smithville, TN for groceries and restaurants. we will be staying here on our fishing trip.

The home is very accommodating and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place! Glad it happened to be available and kinda the last minute! Our pups also had a great time running around the fenced in back yard. Loved hanging out on the front porch and especially the back patio around the fire pit.
We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable and we used the kitchen a lot. We loved playing ping pong in the evenings.
