As the owners of The Refuge, our experience with Escape to Center Hill property management has been exceptional. Since we started working with them in May 2024, their dedication and professionalism have set them apart, providing us with reassurance and confidence in their services.

What initially drew us to their services was the care Kristie Driver provided while working with our real estate agent to solidify our purchase of the home. After the close of escrow, Escape to Center Hill owner Robin Driver worked with us to complete all renovations in a timely manner. Meeting with Holly Sheets, Escape to Center Hill's vacation home manager, further solidified our decision to partner with them. The entire team is/was very easy to work with. 

The property management services have an unwavering commitment to excellence. Holly, in particular, has been nothing short of amazing. Her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond have been remarkable, leaving us extremely satisfied with our arrangement. We never once felt like an imposition to her, especially as we have adjusted to having a short-term rental for the first time.  Holly consistently worked with us to find effective and positive solutions.

Escape to Center Hill also proved their unwavering support when we encountered a unique situation involving missing items at our property. With their help, we handled the issue delicately and ensured that our guests felt comfortable while resolving the situation seamlessly.

As a homeowner who values cleanliness and maintenance, we are delighted that Escape to Center Hill has consistently met our high standards. I am a designer, so having all the rooms set up for guests according to my vision is very important to me and the guest experience overall. After each visit, Holly works with the cleaning crews to reset the rooms as I have directed, using photographs we've taken of the house. It's a collaborative approach that makes both my husband and I feel Escape to Center Hill is invested in our property's success and willing to work hand-in-hand with us.

Holly and the team's accessibility and prompt communication have also been a game-changer. Knowing that I can rely on them for any property-related issues and that they are readily available has brought peace of mind and made owning a vacation home a stress-free experience.
