What initially drew you to our services?

We built the house, so we were in and out of the area during the year before it was completed. Driving past the Escape to Center Hill office multiple times, we noticed they specialize in vacation home management. Choosing a local company that could provide support on every level made sense. After meeting with Holly, we were convinced to sign on just as the house was nearing completion.

Can you share a specific experience where our property management services exceeded your expectations or went above and beyond?

Absolutely! Holly provided valuable suggestions we hadn't considered, such as adding swings on the back porch to enhance coziness. She also helped us set up the spa service and even purchased mattress covers (the original ones made the beds too hot) and supplies for us on several occasions. We asked them to help with decorations, which they managed perfectly!

Having support while we're away has proven to be incredibly valuable. It not only eases our concerns about potential maintenance issues but also provides us with peace of mind, knowing that there's someone reliable on hand to address any problems that may arise. Overall, it's been good. Any concerns we have have been addressed promptly. We appreciate the attention to detail and the commitment to maintaining a high standard.

We are very pleased with the service. If anyone we know is looking to do something similar in the area, we advise them to choose Escape to Center Hill. They offer a sense of community and access to local resources. Every time we visit, we enjoy getting to know the friendly locals. I was born in Cookeville, grew up in Mt. Juliet, and visited Center Hill Lake, but I only really explored Smithville once and fell in love. We have always dreamed of having a log cabin-type house near the lake, and after not finding one that we liked, we decided to build our own!
